Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. dried onion
    2 to 3 c. mashed potatoes (leftover or instant made by directions)
    milk (about 1/2 c. extra milk to desired consistency)
    salt and pepper
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Add mashed potatoes and milk; small amount until desired consistency.
    Spread in an 8 x 8 or round Pyrex.
    Place slices of Velveeta cheese on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese browns, about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Check in 10 minutes.
