Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. apples
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple or orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
Preparation

Mix first 2 ingredients; set aside.
Have apples sliced thin. Beat eggs, sugar, fruit juice, vanilla, baking powder, flour and oil.
Put in tube pan batter first, then sliced apples, then cinnamon mixture.
Do this 2 or 3 times.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
