Holiday Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. butter
pinch of salt
Preparation

Combine sugar and cornstarch.
Blend well.
Stir in juice, butter and salt.
Simmer over low heat until slightly thickened. Place potatoes in casserole.
Pour sauce over and heat until hot.
