Zesty Chili Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, coarsely chopped
3 chili peppers
1 (28 oz.) can Italian plump tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can turkey chili (no beans)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
1/3 c. toasted pumpkin seeds
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
Preparation

In roasting pan, place onions and Serrano chili peppers. Cover; cook for 8 to 10 minutes over high heat, or until skin chars on chilies.
Stir in tomatoes and chili.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Prepare vermicelli according to package directions.
Serve sauce over vermicelli.
Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and cilantro.
