Cappuccino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 egg whites
    sugar
    4 1/2 c. hot coffee
    2 Tbsp. shaved semi-sweet chocolate
    6 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Place milk in small saucepan, placing mixture over low heat. Stir constantly until milk is hot.
    Remove.
    Place egg in blender; process at high 10 seconds.
    Slowly add hot milk and sugar.
    Blend an additional 30 seconds.
    Pour 3/4 cup hot coffee in 6 mugs. Pour in milk and mix.
    Top each with chocolate shavings and add a cinnamon stick.
    Great with rich dessert.
