Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed bread
    4 to 5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix sugar and pineapple and let stand.
    Beat eggs and mix with milk.
    Combine the two mixtures.
    Line bottom of a greased pan with bread cubes.
    Pour mixture over cubes.
    Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done (when knife inserted comes out clean).
    Do not cover.
    Serves 8.
