Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken or turkey breast
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. dry cornbread stuffing
1 stick margarine
1 c. boiling broth
Preparation

Place chopped meat in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix soups and sour cream; spread on top of meat.
Melt margarine in boiling broth.
Sprinkle dry cornbread stuffing on top of soups and sour cream.
Pour boiling broth and oleo over cornbread stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
