Jan Stauffer'S Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. flour
1 c. canned tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (15 oz.) can drained white hominy
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown meat and onion.
Drain.
Leave some drippings (2 tablespoons).
Add flour, tomatoes and seasonings. Stir. Add hominy.
Pour in a greased casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
