Couvillion (Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions
    4 stalks celery
    1 green pepper
    green onion tops
    garlic to taste
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    3 oz. wine
    2 bay leaves
    thyme to taste
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    cayenne pepper
    salt
    cornstarch
    water
Preparation
    Saute onions, celery, green pepper, green onion tops and garlic.
    Add tomatoes, seasonings and water.
    Use cornstarch to thicken mixture.
    Add wine and cook about 30 minutes.
    Pour over fish fillets in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake about 20 minutes. Serve over rice with salad.
