Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients.
Shake in bag or toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
Put into baking pan.
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
Makes about 8 servings.
