Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits or cut up pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple.
    Place in casserole.
    Mix sugar, flour and pineapple juice.
    Sprinkle over the pineapple.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    Top with cracker crumbs and dribble melted oleo over top. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
