Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. cold mashed potatoes
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Toss flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add potatoes; blend well. Beat in eggs, chopped parsley and pepper.
    Fry by small spoonfuls in deep fat at 380\u00b0 until golden.
