Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. tomatoes
    1 stalk (whole bunch) celery
    3 lb. onions
    9 peppers (combination of green and hot, add hot peppers to taste
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Drop tomatoes into hot water.
    Remove skins and put into food processor.
    Add peppers.
    Puree peppers, onions and celery in processsor and add to mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook in kettle for about 2 hours, then put into jars and seal.
    Makes between 8 to 10 pints.
