Eloise'S Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 stick butter or margarine
1/3 c. milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Boil sweet potatoes and mash to measure 3 cups.
Add sugar, eggs and milk.
Put in buttered 11 x 14-inch Pyrex dish.
Cover with topping.
