Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped meat (hamburger, turkey, pork, veal, or any blend of meat)
    1/4 cup grated cheese (Italian grated cheese, parmesan or romano)
    1 cup bread crumbs (Italian seasoned or plain)
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all the above ingredients.
    Form into 1-1/2 to 2-inch balls and place on baking sheet with a rim to catch any grease run-off.
