Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. rice, dry
    2 Tbsp. fat
    5 c. water
    2 onions
    2 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. green pepper
    salt & pepper
    hamburger
Preparation
    Fry rice in fat until brown, then add water and boil until soft.
    Drain.
    Saute the onions in fat;
    mix with tomatoes and peppers and add to the rice.
    Add seasoning and place in a greased casserole.\tBake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
