Deep Freeze Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
12 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. soda
4 tsp. salt
4 c. shortening
4 pkg. yeast
8 Tbsp. warm water
1/2 gal. buttermilk
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add to buttermilk; mix well.
Add to dry ingredients; mix to soft pliable dough.
Roll out, cut, place on cookie sheet and put in freezer.
When frozen, put in freezer bags, keeping frozen until ready to bake.
