Low-Fat Cocoa Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2/3 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    cinnamon
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Add powdered sugar as garnish.
    Light and delicious.
