Ham Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
1/2 c. pitted chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Have cheese at room temperature.
In small mixer bowl, beat together Cheddar cheese and cream cheese until blended.
Beat in deviled ham.
Stir in olives and chill.
Shape into two 8-inch long logs.
Roll in pecans.
Let set overnight.
Serve with crackers.
