Baked Chicken With Rice(Scaled For 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    2/3 c. raw regular long grain rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    1/3 c. diced onion
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut
    chicken
    breasts
    in half and remove skin and fat. Season on
    both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika.
    Pour
    a
    little
    oil
    in\ta
    large
    heavy skillet. Brown
    chicken slowly on both sides.
    Remove chicken from skillet. Add
    rice\tto
    skillet and cook, stirring until rice is
    slightly brown.
    Add
    bouillon,
    green
    peppers
    and onions.
    Mix well and transfer to 3 quart casserole. Top with browned chicken. Cover
    and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until chicken is very tender and rice has absorbed all the broth and is well cooked.
