Holiday Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges
    3 pkg. orange Jell-O
    3 c. hot water
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 lb. ground cranberries
    1 c. ground apples
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Drain juice from pineapple and add.
    Grate rind of one orange and add juice of both oranges.
    Add to gelatin; mix.
    Cool.
    When begins to thicken, add fruit and place in mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold and ready to serve.
