Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. skim milk
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs or egg substitutes
    raisins to taste
    cinnamon to taste
Preparation
    Bring rice, milk, and sugar to boil.
    Simmer for 45 minutes. Then slowly blend in eggs, heavy cream and vanilla which have been beaten together.
    Heat until mixture starts to thicken.
    Add raisins if desired.
    Top with cinnamon.
    Refrigerate.
