Louisiana Corn Bread(Lemon Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients well.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold.
