Marinated Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dill weed
    2/3 c. oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley (can substitute dried)
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put tomato slices in to marinate in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
    Delicious on sandwiches, in salads, or alone.
