Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped, roasted pecans
    1 vanilla bean, split in half lengthwise
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks
    3/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, bring milk to boil with vanilla bean and pecans. Remove from heat and cover. Let infuse for 15 minutes.
