Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 slices bread, cubed
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    mushrooms
    fried ham or bacon
Preparation
    Grease pie plate and place cheese in bottom.
    Place bread on top of cheese.
    Beat eggs and milk; add salt and dry mustard.
    Add bacon or mushrooms and pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Also great with broccoli or crabmeat.
