Bacon And Egg Souffle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bacon, diced
    3 slices bread
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Fry bacon until lightly brown; dice.
    Brush bread with bacon drippings; cut in pieces.
    Put in casserole alternate layers of bread and bacon.
    Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over bread.
    Set dish in pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
