Beef & Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion
    1/2 green pepper
    1 1/3 c. minute rice
    1 c. tomatoes (12 oz. to 1 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Mix together and lightly brown the ground beef, butter salt and pepper.
    Thinly slice the onion and green pepper and add to skillet.
    Stir in rice and saute over high heat until rice is lightly browned.
    Add tomatoes and mustard, mix well.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
