Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 Tbsp. mixture of mustard, salad dressing, mayo and ketchup *
1/2 lb. deli sliced corned beef
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
1 lb. pkg. sauerkraut
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. milk (optional for top crust)
Preparation

Coat baking dish with 1 teaspoon oil (bottom and sides of 13 x 2 x 5-inch or other size dish).
With rolling pan, roll 1 package of crescent rolls to line bottom and sides of baking dish.
Layer alternately corned beef, cheese, sauce and sauerkraut, two or three times.
Roll second Pillsbury dough to very thin crust.
Top with optional milk.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 10 minutes or until crust is brown.
