Spaghetti Ala Carbonara Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/4 lb. bacon, cut 1-inch
    3/4 c. chopped onion (fine)
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. cream
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp and onion golden. Add wine.
    Cook over low heat until wine evaporates.
    Add cream and heat gently.
    Do not boil.
    In a large pasta dish, beat eggs, cheese, pepper, parsley and nutmeg.
    Mix in spaghetti and coat well as quickly as possible.
    Pour in bacon mixture.
    Stir quickly.
    Add salt to taste.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4 people.
