Easy Baked Chicken And Potato Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bone-in skinless chicken breast halves
4 medium Russet or baking potatoes
1 red or green pepper (optional)
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place 1 chicken breast half in each corner of the pan.
Cut unpeeled potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
Place potatoes, onions and pepper into center of pan.
Pour melted margarine over chicken and vegetables.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese, garlic powder and paprika.
Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, stirring vegetables once halfway through the cooking.
Makes 4 servings.
Add carrots, broccoli or other vegetables for variety.
