No Meat Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heaping Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt to taste
    1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    water (enough to stir flour into liquid)
Preparation
    Melt and brown butter in a saucepan; add hot water.
    When cooking, stir in dissolved flour.
    Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
    Add salt.
    Tastes like real gravy.
