Chicken Waterzooi(Well Known Belgian Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken
    2 leeks (white and green vegetable)
    4 celery sticks
    4 carrots
    2 onions
    parsley
    salt and pepper
    1 can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 yolks
    1/2 pt. cream
Preparation
    Easier if cooked in the crock-pot.
    Cut chicken.
    Take off the skin.
    Cut vegetables in small chunks.
    Pour 1 can chicken broth and water (if needed) and salt and pepper.
    Cook on slow in the crock-pot until meat and vegetables are tender.
