Idaho Oven Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 med. baking potatoes, scrubbed and unpeeled
    4 TBSP. melted butter or vegetable oil
    salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes 1/8 in. to 1/16 in. thickness, and place in ice water.
    Drain.
    Pat dry with paper towel.
    Pour melted butter or oil on lrg. baking sheet.
    Add potato slices to pan, turning to coat.
    Season with Italian seasoning or your choice of flavors. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until tender.
