Ambrosia Spring Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 large pkg. orange jello or 2 (4 oz. serving) pkg.
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Take mandarin orange juice and add cold water to juice to make 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl.
    Stir 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
    Stir in measured liquid and refrigerate 1 1/4 hours until slightly thickened.
    Stir in whipped topping with wire whip until smooth.
    Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
    Stir in fruit and coconut. Spoon into 6-cup mold.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
    Unmold on a large plate.
