Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 oz. egg substitute
4 ripe bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, egg substitute and one banana.
Add remaining three bananas and flour along with baking soda and vanilla.
Pour into muffin tins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 18 muffins. Enjoy!!
