Parmesan Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
8 medium red potatoes (about 2 3/4 lb.), halved lengthwise
Preparation

Pour butter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over butter or margarine. Place potatoes with cut side down over cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Makes 8 servings.
