String Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 grated onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    3 slices Swiss cheese
    3 pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
Preparation
    Melt butter; add onion, flour, sugar and sour cream.
    Melt 3 slices Swiss cheese, cut up, and mix all with green beans which have been cooked 5 minutes and drained.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour covered on until bubbles.
    Serves 6.
