Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter 5 1/2-cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain.
    Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with a hand beater until smooth.
    Stir in broccoli and cheese.
    Pour in souffle dish and bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour.
    Serve immediately.
    Makes 6 servings.
