Easy Chicken Very Tasty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 small to medium onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
Preparation
    Dust
    chicken
    breasts with flour, salt and pepper.
    In nonstick frying pan, place oil and heat to medium temperature. Add chicken
    and
    cook about 5 minutes or until brown on both sides, turning
    chicken as you cook it.
    Push chicken to side of pan. Add onion and mushrooms.
    Stir and cook until onion is clear, about
    5 minutes.
