Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. oil
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 small bowl Cool Whip
butter
Preparation

Combine flour, eggs, milk and oil together; mix well.
Cook on waffle iron.
When waffles are done, place 1 waffle on plate.
Add heaping tablespoon of blackberries and 1 heaping teaspoon of Cool Whip and butter.
You can add as many layers to your plate as you like.
