Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. milk
    1/4 c. raw rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. raisins, soaked in water (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix milk, rice, sugar and salt and put in a 6-cup buttered casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, 2 hours.
    Stir every 30 minutes.
    At end, add raisins (soaked in water and drained).
    Add vanilla.
    Mix and bake 30 minutes more.
