Spinach Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spinach
    6 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
    6 Tbsp. minced onion
    6 Tbsp. heavy cream
    5 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Clean and cook spinach until tender.
    Drain well.
    Chop coarsely and mix in cheese, onion, cream and 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Place in shallow, 1-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with crumbs and remaining margarine.
    Heat in oven at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
