Grilled Mahimahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. shoyu
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    1 1/2 lb. mahimahi
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Melt butter and add remaining ingredients, except the fish and lemon wedges. After stirring well, add the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
    Broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Serve with lemon wedges.
