Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    3 oz. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    3 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    pinch of salt/pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 stalk broccoli
    cream
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery, carrots and margarine until transparent. Add flour and cook slighlty.
    Add water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and nutmeg; stir until thickened.
    Add broccoli; cook 5 to 10 minutes, then run all through blender.
    Cream - thin soup to desired consistency.
