Squash And Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yellow squash, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 tomatoes, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 tsp. salt
    1 to 3 tsp. black pepper (according to your taste)
    2 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter and brown sugar in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until rice is done.
