Fresh Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
    1 1/4 c. white grape juice
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. ground cardamom (optional)
Preparation
    Combine berries, juice, water and sugar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water; stir.
    Add cardamom and stir into soup.
    Cook until thickened.
    Allow soup to cool, and serve chilled.
    Good and different.
