Spiced Carrot Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large carrots, julienned
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Put carrots in saucepan.
    Cover with water.
    Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine next 4 ingredients; pour over carrots and toss to coat.
    Serve immediately.
