Marinated Fruit Salad For 80 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 apples
    30 pears
    30 peaches
    10 pineapple
    confectioners sugar
    2 1/2 c. rum or Cointreau
Preparation
    Pare, core and slice apples, pears and peaches. Cut pineapple into chunks. Place fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with confectioners sugar to taste. Sprinkle with rum and cover bowl. Chill at least 6 hours so the sugar draws out fruit juices.
