Pacific Rum Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce
3 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
3 to 4 chopped green onions
1/3 pkg. rice sticks (found in Asian food section)
small pkg. slivered almonds, sauteed
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
Preparation

Chop lettuce and green onions; add chicken and browned rice sticks.
Brown the rice sticks by frying in small amount of oil in pan.
They will swell and pop when put in the pan.
Mix remaining ingredients for dressing.
Toss with lettuce mix just before serving.
